Fremantle Arts Centre Print Award 2013

Quite a few years back I entered the Fremantle Print Award without success. I've been on the mailing list ever since. Finally got around to entering again this year and lo and behold, was actually selected with this mammoth hand-printed drypoint. I printed this thing with a rock in a tablespoon and a broad-mouthed shovel on the floor of my Franklin Studio (a beaten up old apple shed). It will be on exhibition  at the Fremantle Arts Centre from 21 September through to the 17th November this year. It's an honour to be included.. Now in it's 38th year the Fremantle Arts Centre Print Award supported by Little Creatures Brewing is a showcase of Australia's best prints.
